No, you do not need to be a Christian to receive counseling services. However, we do employ a faith-based approach that is uniquely Christian, and that is something you should consider whether or not is right for you.
There are two important things that set us apart from other counselors:
● Our Christ-centered, holistic, results-oriented approach, which fosters both safety and freedom, is biblically founded and proven to be extremely effective in helping people heal and grow.
● All of our counselors are ordained pastors who have a call from the Lord to help people through counseling, and operate in their gift and calling. This is of great importance because we recognize that God is the ultimate healer who works in the process and causes growth. Potential counselors are required to be ordained and undergo training in HBT. Once they become a counselor, they must continue their own training and personal growth to ensure their own spiritual health. (Matt 7:1-5)
