Role Description

This is an on-site Associate Counselor role located in the Greater Phoenix Area. The Associate Counselor will provide spiritual guidance and pastoral care to individuals, couples, and families, through our proprietary method, Holistic Biblical Counseling. Key responsibilities include assisting the Lead Counselor with operations, communicating, scheduling, and providing support to address emotional, relational, and spiritual challenges to clients. The role involves assisting and coordinating with other staff to support the overall mission of Christian Counseling.

Qualifications

• Teachable Spirit with excellent processing skills.
• Degree in Theology, Apologetics, Biblical Studies, Biblical Counseling, or related field is required. Apologetics preferred.
• Expertise in Bible research and the ability to integrate Scripture into counseling practices.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a ministry.
